Hello, I thought that this was a great tip that was right in line with healthy habits for the month of January. A healthy mind along with a healthy body and spirit is as equally important. I wouldn’t recommend neglecting any one of those components.
We have a mental filter that can filter in and out of experiences and have to be mindful of who and what we have in our environment. At times, I seek to motivate optimistic and realistic people to give me another perception and input.
